Transportation asset supervisor ITE Administration L.P. introduced the acquisition of North American Chassis Pool Cooperative, increasing its premium chassis platform to nationwide scale with broad market protection for intermodal prospects.

Privately-held NACPC of Nashville operates 20,000 chassis serving main intermodal markets throughout North America. The deal brings New York-based ITE’s fleet to 60,000 items, which it mentioned would strengthen its presence throughout key freight corridors and develop its vary of leasing options.
